This is my second look for DUO Boots' style competition in where I have conjured up an outfit around these, beautiful, beautiful boots. Such a divine specimen of a shoe! When it comes to an evening look, I'm not really one to overly dress to the nines! This is mainly due to the fact my ideal evening are either spent at a gig or down the pub, so I'll just throw on a dress and my trusty black, fedora hat. This particular dress was ordered from Sara's little treasure trove Waiste. Usually with vintage websites I'm consistently heartbroken to see certain dresses I want are sold out, but I snapped up this one pretty much as soon as it hit the 'New In' section a couple of weekends back. Why don't you have a browse through Waiste's 'New In' to see if you can find any vintage numbers to add to your wardrobe?
The vintage, leather rucksack was a belated birthday gift from my best pal and I adore it. It's such a classic and durable design that I can see myself keeping for the rest of my life! I'm a little down in the dumps today as it was the re-sale of Glastonbury tickets and after I missed out the first time I'm now not in the financial position to go as student finance have royally messed up. It's the first year since 2010 that I've not been able to go, which is oh so heartbreaking. Therefore on the last weekend of June I intend to stay in a tent in my back garden with my face covered in glitter drinking several crates of cider so I can at least imagine I'm there. That's practically the same, right?
