The Most Comfortable & Colourful Jumpsuit In The World

21 August, 2018

The past couple of weekends, I've actually been able to stay in London rather than galavanting off to another city like I usually do. Sometimes I forget just how lucky I am to be in a position to live in one of the most desirable cities in the world and I forget to appreciate what's on my doorstep. Whilst I work full-time in the week and don't really see much of the city other than the inbetween runs of my 30-minute commute, I still have the weekends I'm home to appreciate the city.

I've made north London my home and I'm constantly in awe of just how green it is. More often than not, I've found myself at Highgate Woods, which is humble in size but transports you entirely from the chaos of the city. If I hadn't mentioned it, it would be easy to believe that these photos were shot a long, long way from the city.

Festival frocks retailer, Madam Lulu's, recently sent me a few pieces to add to my already festival-ready wardrobe, including this colourful, printed jumpsuit and this patchwork, embroidered handbag. The cotton jumpsuit is incredibly light and airy, which has been perfect for some of the more unbearable weeks this summer when the temperature has hit 30+ celsius and I transformed into a sweaty mess. It has adjustable straps meaning it could fit a range of sizes and heights as you simply adjust it by untying them and re-tying them to suit you. I'm utterly obsessed with the patchwork bag as it's the perfect size to fit all of my essentials in for a day in the city.

  2. That jumpsuit is amazing and it sits so well on you. Hopefully we'll get a bit more nice weather so you can wear it before Autumn kicks in x

  3. I love a good jumpsuit, and this one is just beautiful. I actually thought it was a maxi dress to start with, which I think shows how elegant it is :)

Your outfits are always so great actually, are there any particular shops in london you would recommend to go thrifting? xx
