I didn't intend upon blogging this outfit but when I spotted I was (almost) head-to-toe vintage I grabbed my camera and tripod and decided to snap it. After all, it could just be the ultimate 70's combination.
I've had these incredibly extravagant, fuckin' fantastic patchwork trousers for a number of years but I've never been able to wear them through the fear of them not being particularly flattering on my 'naturally blessed' child bearing hips. However, I couldn't bare to ever let go of them because they are just so damn good.
Today I've decided to stop giving a shit about my insecurities and take in a breathe of self confidence, because life's too short to not wear things you love.
If there's one thing I have to thank Kim K for (not really a fan of KK I'm afraid, soz guys), it's for making chunky butts like mine socially acceptable so I can finally wear a collection of fabulous garish fitted trousers like so. Cheers babe!
The necklace I'm wearing is from an independent bohemian jewellery company based in Brighton called Moon Tide Jewellery, set up by a truly talented and wondrous woman called Sarah. I have quite a penchant for crystal jewellery, so this necklace is currently my daily 'go to' piece.
Netflix has provided me with That 70's Show on loop and whilst I like to think I'm taking on board style tips from Jackie, I've come away looking a lot more like Hyde...
